The Vale Niseko construction is 5 days ahead of its construction program and now starting to taking shape. We are well into works with the piling, foundation and excavation totally complete and with the first floors being concrete poured the building starts to rise.

Niseko real estate opportunities in the sub prime and world financial crise are still being found in the Niseko market. The ever changing outlook means there are many more oppurtunites for investing due Niseko's long term growth outlook. The Freshwater Niseko opens earlier than scheduled. The 10 boutique apartments situated on Niseko's main street offer never built out views, two key entries for maximum returns and a Western / Japanese deisgn fusion. Selling out in the first week these alpine apartments are some of Niseko's best.

The Freshwater construction is one time. Nisade's Project Management team are running through the final quality checklists.

Hilton Hotel take up residence at the former Prince Hotel in Higashiyama.

Road heating is the main agenda for talks between the Niseko Promotion Board and Kutchan Council for Main Street Hirafu.
